In terms of the Citizenship application process and timeline, it is summarised as follows:

• 5 years of residency status for the main applicant
• OR 5 years for the spouse and children
• The minimum investment period is 3 years, however, the proposed structure has a 5-year lock-in clause.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to apply for citizenship, the applicant has to reside in Ireland for 5 years and at least 10 months per year. The dependants can reside without the main applicant or spouse being present in Ireland and obtain the citizenship.
