In Q4, 954 new investors submitted I526 forms, with 888 opting for the Regional Center program and 57 pursuing individual business ventures.
The total number of EB-5 applicants in 2023 reached 2,735, marking a significant three-fold increase compared to 2021 and 2022.
The denial rate decreased from 58.3% in 2022 to 39.5% in 2023, though still relatively high.
