The programme’s investment requirements include the acquisition of a hotel property in a government approved off plan development worth €250,000 or more in an undeveloped region of the country, or worth €450,000 or more in a developed region. In addition, the applicant must make a government fund donation of €100,000 in order to qualify.

Eligibility Criteria

The Main Applicant:

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Have a clean criminal record

· Must be a Non-EU national

Citizenship can be granted to the entire family which includes the spouse, children & dependent children over 18 years old.

 

Investment

Brookes & Partners will prepare a real estate portfolio from the 4-6 Approved Project open for Investment for you to review and guide you on the best option for your personal circumstances and needs. Properties range from smaller residential units to upmarket luxurious developments in off plan hotel projects. We will assist you through-out the property acquisition phase.

Month 1 – 2

Document Preparation

Brookes & Partners will provide you with a detailed checklist of all the documents required for the purpose of the application. We will guide you through the process and ensure that all the supporting documents are correct and compliant with Montenegro’s required standards.

 

Investment Contribution

The client will be required to transfer all contributions & investment amounts into a Government escrow account.

 

Submission

The completed Montenegro citizenship application together with all the supporting documents is submitted to the program administrator. Once the application is submitted, government due diligence & the processing of the application begin. The process takes approximately 3 months to complete

 

Month 3

Approval

Once the government due diligence process has concluded & the application reviewed, an approval is granted. The funds paid into the Government approved escrow account are then released.

The client will then be issued with their Citizenship Certificates.

The Montenegro Passports will be issued and will be couriered to Brookes & Partners. We will then arrange for your Citizenship Certificate & Passport/s to be delivered to you in the most secure way.
