1. The legal set-up of an InvestCo will take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the speed of KYC vetting. The company can become operational within 1 to 3 months
2. After set-up, we will be able to commence the first investment projects immediately with a suggested budget of €3-4m Euro Business Angel Investment into identified growing sectors in Austria and the aim over a 3-year period is to have invested €10m Euro or more
3. After 18 months we should have first tangible project outcomes and references, and can then start your application process
4. In parallel, we will continue with new projects to create significant merit and your contribution to the Austrian State
5. Your application and all supporting documents will be lodged with the competent Magistrate for Foreigners (MA35)
6. Once completed, authorities of the Republic (such as ministries, government agencies, technology incubators, etc.) will be asked to review the merit of your investments and make a recommendation
7. These recommendations are then bundled and submitted to the competent government department for approval of your citizenship
8. Although no guarantee can be given concerning timings, we hope to complete the Citizenship process within 24-36 months, as long as the investment and contribution conditions have been satisfied
