STAGE 1: Month 1 - 2

• Pre-approval will be sent to the respective German Embassy in the applicant’s country of origin
• Legal counsel opens an escrow account under the applicant's name
• Applicant transfers the remaining balance to the escrow account within 14 days of receiving the pre-approval

STAGE 2: Month 3

Temporary Residence

• The applicant and qualifying family members apply for the D-Visa at their local German Embassy
• Issuance of D-Visa (valid for 90 days)
• Travel to Germany within 90 days and complete the residency application process with the local authorities.

STAGE 3: Year 3

Permanent Residence

• The applicant and qualifying family members will be eligible for permanent residence after successfully completing 3 years of temporary residence.

STAGE 4: Year 6

Citizenship

• If the applicants have met the 6-9 months a year landing time, have acquired the German language and have maintained a residential address, they can apply for the German Citizenship.
